I've got an '82 CX500C with a single disc front brake setup. I need a new master cylinder for it because I changed the handlebars from the crazy stock style to a more standard design and now the reservoir is held at an angle. I'm looking to find a master cylinder with the right bore for the single caliper, dual piston brake that's on this bike that has a more standard "flat" reservoir. Any ideas? I think this would be a good addition to this list if we could figure out interchangeability of the master cylinders.

Hi. I am a newbie to this forum.
Does anyone know of a readily available substitute for a CX650 Custom clutch cable? From internet pictures, the cx500c clutch cable looks like it has the same style bullet ends, but of course the length is the issue. Any suggestions?

Also, while I'm here, do sissy bar or luggage racks from any other models fit the CX650c?

Thanks

Measure the length of the cable.I think the customs are around 43".If you are in North America subscribe to Chopper Charle's forum,

http://cx500forum.com/

The guys on their will know.I think the CX500 Customs cables are the same.
