CX500 GL500 650 Global

I was told a little tip today,i dont know if it works because i havnt tried it yet,but it sounds about right,if you need to cut a new fnv seat get a piece of dowel attack it with a pencil sharpener,apply a bit of fine valve grinding paste and just rub back and forth in the traditional manor,then clean the seat with lashings of carb cleaner.If your fnv seats are knackered what have you got to loose? I say agian i havent tried it myself so please dont blame me if something goes wrong Regards Sean........

This tip can be found in the,"Haynes" manual and I have used it and it works but only as you say if the seats are not too badly damaged and of course there's nothing to,"Lose"
