Slight stumble

Hi folks, got a bit of an issue going on with Donkey,if its ticking over and i give her a bit of throttle there is a slight stumble/cough before the revs pick up.If shes on the move the stumble is still there but not as bad, guessing that inertia is smoothing it out.Spark plugs are good, air filter clean, carbs cleaned and balanced and over 3k it pulls clean as a whistle.Any suggestions?

How long ago since the carbs were cleaned and balanced.Did you fit an in-line fuel filter?

If not I use the small ones from here(2nd from the left) and whilst you are there to make it worthwhile buy some of their 6mm fuel line.It just never seems to perish.

Check plugs as well.
