Hi Dave and welcome

I'll repeat this,

This board has a bit different layout as we try to keep reference Stickies so people can research problems as well as post their problems and any work they may have done. Also we are geared towards bringing the bikes back up to,"Full Power" especially in the Carb department as this is Vital in these days of high fuel prices.

My Standard UK CX500 can get 60/62 mpg UK gallon if ridden to speed limits and correctly tuned/serviced.
US 1 gal = 0.83 gal-uk

This equates to around 52/54 mpg US gallon.

I started it a some weeks ago when CC's site was having trouble but not in,"Competition".I didn't want to lose another great resource for the bikes. We lost the Swedish one last year.

With LRCXed's help we are trying to chronicle the work as well as I think it makes for a good read and also dispell some myths about these bikes that have become almost,"FolkLore" 8-)

Hello Dave, Great to have you join us. Were a bit different here, as we try to cover all the bases you might encounter. I guess you could call it NEW school for old bikes.
