I am in the Plainfield/Naperville Illinois USA area. 1982 CX500 Custom, that just tripped over 40,000 miles a couple weeks ago.
Solid runner - love it. Doing work/maintaining as needed, but cosmetically is basically finished. (Except the dream of having forward controls - maybe someday)

Love the gas-station chatter when people see the CX with the 'funny' engine spun the wrong way.
Still have yet to run into another CX on the road though, anyone in the area?

The real question is what do you consider in the area. Within a 100 miles is what I call in the area. And the real answer is yes there are several people down by you.

I got a bunch of that tonight. I was actually parked next to a cbx. I think I got more looks.
