Hey guys,

I've been a lurker on this forum for a little while, I've gotten a lot of useful advice from Shep and other people. Today I need to make a post, so I made an account.

I started riding in high school, I had my motorcycle license before my car license (because oddly enough, it takes less time to ride unsupervised in a motorcycle than in a car, here in BC, Canada). I started with a Yamaha 50cc scooter, then bought my 1982 Gl500i a year later, which I still have. A buddy and I rode to San Francisco and back from Canada last summer, and had a blast.
