All fixed! Thanks again Randall. I hope it didn't confuse to many people. I should have gone back and proof read it for more than typo's! Now when choppers comes back up........... I have to fix that one too.

I hope Chopper's comes back as well.It's good to have more than one main resource in the Western Hemi-sphere

No problem, just a general question. Are the carbs interchangeable between the GL500 and the GL650? Are they the same except for the jets? Thanks.

I think there may be a difference in their angle/mounting I reacall.What's the number on the side of the carbs?

Just so I am clear. You don't recommend pulling the seat out? That last couple of pictures was more for illustration purposes I understand.

Great work by the way. I am going to order a set of off ebay and see about doint this myself after I get my bike running decent.

Did you use a regular carb rebuilding gasket set to put it all back together?

The last 2 pictures were just to show what was under the needle and seat assembly. NO, do not pull that out.

I DO recommend pulling all the other jets out, including the idle jet that's pressed in.

Carb kits I have been getting from GOERGEFIX'S. Site is in the USA list forum here. Let him know you are on this sight when you call him. The 2 things I don't use if I don't have to is the new needle and the idle adjusting needles. They just dont seem to fit the same. Use the stock ones if they are OK.
