Ok, that helped a lot, I got the motor out. I posted some pictures of the motor out on my photobucket page if anybody wants to check them out (sheppola especially since I will be asking you a lot of questions as I rebuild ) Hopefully I will start throughout this coming week I am anxious to see how bad the damage is on the inside!! Keep us posted.There are some specialist tools-ish that you may need but like a Deep thin walled or box spanner/wrench socket if you want to get the cam shaft out and a M20 20mm bolt that you use to screw into the Starter Flywheel to get that off.You MUST have a torque wrench.They are not that expensive and I prefer the,"Click" ones rather than the Large,"Bar" type ones.

Alright, I almost have the motor torn down and I did come across a couple of things that I am concerned with, but I will post pictures to show later. Right now I am wondering the best way to get the pistons out. My manual says that I will need to rotate the crank to loosen rod bolts, then move to TDC to remove piston. If my motor is seized what do I do??? I want to get these out without causing more damage. Right now both pistons are fairly close to the top. I can also post pics of them if it will help but I am clueless as to how to get these out if they are seized. I had to go buy a harmonic balancer puller, so I still have a little more teardown before removal of crank and Pistons, but I will be there soon and need advice!

Pour some diesel fuel onto the top of the pistons and leave to soak over night.This should work it's way down and around the rings to make sure they can be freed.You can place a rag wrapped round the crank or layers of masking tape so no damage is done and then use a Quality set of Vise/Mole grips to turn the crank.You want to be careful not to damage the Crank journals so use caution.
It is possible to damage the crank journals if once you release the Con-rid nuts if when spinning the crank they trap onto the Crank journals.You can also,if required,put some masking tape onto the journals(Bit tricky) to help protect them whilst you remove the Con-rods/pistons.What we don't want is ANY scoring or marks on the polished crank journals as this would ruin it as it may be serviceable.
