I've fashioned my own 883 tuning devices.
I used an 1" and a Quarter washer with a 1/2" drilled hole through the middle and filed the edge to it seats in the Bolt head groove well.
Made a slot in an M6 10mm head bolt and brazed the washer to it.
As I've only just done this I cannot report yet any changes except sound.Will test as the days go by for affect on fuel etc
Because the washer is larger than on the reference page I cannot turn it as much to tune so may have to drill a larger hole depending on it's affect as well as turn it.
