Is this a good quality, easy to use sync tool? Also, is there any advantage to getting the 2 over the 4? I know I only need the one for 2 cylinder bikes, but if I bought the 4 cylinder one, is it any more complicated or less accurate than the one specifically for 2 cylinders?

Nope, it's just twice the price. Each guage on all these are seperate so you just connect one up to the left and another to the right.

I bought the 4 cylinder Carbtune2 version so I could lend it to mates who have 3 and 4 cylinder bikes :mrgreen:

It's one of the best investments/tools I've ever bought.Dead easy to use and superbly well made.
