Hello from Sacramento!

Thanks for this great forum! I am a proud owner of a 1980 Honda CX500. I bought it 2 years ago on Craigslist for $500. It ran fine, but the stator was not charging the battery. I rode it for a few months like that, just making sure to keep it on a battery tender after every ride. I finally changed the stator, and its been running like a champ ever since. The paint is a little faded, and the chrome could use some polishing, but its in pretty fair shape. I'll add its photo in my avatar soon.
