New to this forum. I just purchased a GL650i with approx. 60,000 Km. My plan is to restore it over the next year or so. I haven't had it running yet and just discovered yesterday, while trying to start it, that there is a broken spark plug lead (at the plug). Any pointers to helpful links/part sources/general info and tips would be appreciated.

The 650s use a Transistor Advanced ignition.AFAIK they have removable HT(High Tension) spark plug leads(Unlike the CDI CX500s).You can get any decent bit of car plug cable and make a new one by splicing if you wish or use this section to go hunting for most likely an expensive Honda part,

Also post a request for info on Chopper Charle's forum,

It's mainly US based so someone should know a supplier there :)
