Excellent, I will bookmark it and upload my photos soon :D

The good news is... the bike is now firing up! What a GROWL it has with the header pipes only! My engine is completely off my bike, on a stand at the moment - re-did a lot of wiring using links from here. Now it's ALIVE! :)

For anybody else that encounters these problems here is what I did wrong (some are pretty embarrassing, but I'm keen to help troubleshoot some other newbies problems like me).

1. Positive and negative leads on the wrong way to the battery
2. New spark plugs required after spark test performed from Shep's link earlier on
3. coils plugged into the wrong cylinders

There is still an issue with fuel supply that I am looking at,the Fuel spits out the back of the carbs when I put too much into the funnel-tube I setup. I have to balance it in one hand and let the fuel slowly sip into the carb.
