passed motorcycle mod 2 test thursday 27th may, now a fully card carrying CXophile! was it worth the time, effort and cash? every bit! what a fantastic machine! ok so it was a bit different to the suzuki GS500 i took my test on, CX more top heavy, slower accelleration and the brakes were a bit of a shock but it's so comfy, the GS is agony after 2 hours! the CX can sit at 70mph rock solid and feel like it can do it all day and will pull top gear from 20mph! something a GS couldn't dream of doing! any other 500 capable of that? Shep, you'll be pleased to hear the oil light stays on 1 second when the engine is killed hot, done a flush and filter change and it runs sweet! now need to find where Seaways is! |
