Hello everybody, I live in South America an recently bought a lovely twin such as a CX 650 Honda 1983.
I´m delighted with this bike and mainly appreciate te fabulous torque it has.

The bike is in a full original condition ( 46.000 miles) and all te parts and accesories are that came when new.

The only thing I´ve noticed and concerned is that up to date I´ve never saw the electrical fun works , even when the temperature almost reach the red line of the metter.

So if anybody had simmilar experience I would very glad to receive comments on this topic.

I´ll up load somme photos soon, so everybody can see the bike.

hope to keep in contact

tks

Hi and Welcome. If you are having problems with the Electric Fan join this forum as well as it's much busier,

http://choppercharles.com/cs/forums/

I would not ride the bike until you fix the problem as you may damage the engine.

Thanks a lot for your reply and recomendations .Affortunately I´ve allready fixed the problem, following some tips that I found in other forums, I make the following and every thing was all right.
I started the engine without the radiator cap and whait until the thermostat openned, in the meantime bubbles where running out of radiator . Then when no bubbles appears at all I put on the radiator cap again and it fixed the problem, electric fan started at once!!

Hope this information helps other people that have simmilar problem! I´ll ride my bike much better now. I´ve CX500 and GL 500 service manual if anybody needs!
