CX500 GL500 650 Global

I recently opened my GL650 up with the clock showing 55,000 miles. Here is what I found the cam chain looked like. I assume it had never been changed before, altho I can't confirm that. I decided to replace the old one with a new OEM Honda one even tho the old chain probably still had 10 or so thousand miles left on it. There was no evidence of the chain making any contact with the bolt heads that sit nearby. The Choppercharles.com guys recommended replacement for peace of mind, and now I do have a basis point for the future.
