I envy you.That is a great bike with that mileage.I'm sure you will treat it with the respect is deserves.As the parts for the 650s are harder to find just routine maintenance should keep it good for 10s of thousands of miles. Changing the oil before the 3,000 mile interval will help preserve the bike and they don't benefit from expensive oil.I use the cheapest Super Market Semi-Synthetic 15w40 used for diesel cars like many riders over here on the,"Old country" do.It has better specs than some expensive,"Made for bikes" oil e.g higher sheer factor so helps smooth gear boxes as well as superior wear characteristics. Never use any oil that has friction modifiers(Marked as Environment additives on cans/Bottles) as these can cause clutch slip as these are a wet clutch bike.You can also use cheap stock car 10w40 as well if the above is not in the Super market which is the recommended spec as it's a little less viscose.
