Welcome Moderen

I'm still waiting to see someone from South Africa like I saw in one of the other forums. Can't wait till we have members from all continents except the for that southern ice block. I didn't see any cx500's while watching March of the Penguins

Hi, Moderen!

Many years ago, on the old Swedish BB, there was a guy from Ankara with a CX (I believe it was a Custom model). Maybe you??

I know of a guy in SA (CapeTown), also from the old Sw. BB, who mailed me some pictures of his absolutely stunning red CX 500, standard model. He had that very convenient second name "Gülleman". Güllepumpe is the German nick-name for CX/GL bikes.

I´m going to Istanbul in about six weeks. Don´t suppose to see any CX-es there, but will keep my eyes open. :-)

Regards

Sture

Hi, moderen,

I´ve tried to send e-mails to you, but nothing seems to have worked.

Now I´m trying this way, instead.

If you´re the same Özke Deren who was on a JAWA meeting in UK 2004, then I have greetings from Thomas Krantz of Sweden, who I spoke to this morning. At least he met a guy with the same name as you, riding a Jawa. In your profile you say that your interests are CX 500 and JAWA motorcykles, so I took a chance, guessing I found the right guy...

I would very much like to get a message from you.

Cheers

Sture
