Post subject:  Hey . . .

Hello everyone. Another one from ChopperCharles has found you. There can never be enough sites dedicated to the CX500 as far as I'm concerned. I bought a bunch of new parts for my bike for both appearance and performance and can't wait to get stuck in. My CBT is sorted and I'm booked for my practical on Sept. 24th. I'm looking forward and positively that I'll pass it ok and be able to ride. I just need to find someone to "escort" me to the test site. I'd like to run into Shep (not literally) one of these days as you're not far from me at all. I loved my cruising routes in New York on my '82 CX500 Custom and can't wait to find new ones here around Sheriff Hutton.

Welcome fsj, and enjoy all the information already for you to read up on.
If your going to run in to Shep, you might want to get a bigger gas tank. :D It's going to be a long trip!
Good luck on your test.

Yep. Sheriff Hutton, just north of York, North Yorkshire, UK. I've lived here since November 2nd, 2006!

Of course there is.New York was named after the original however New York was originally owned by the Dutch and traded it to us for Trade concessions including IIRC Surinam and some other territories. Then some damn colonials got a bit uppity<grin>

BTW do you know the reason why the United states drive on the right<no joke>.It was an act of defiance against the British once they gained independance. We used to ride our horses on the left with the Sword hand ready on the right and pass on the left and I think congress did not want this,"British" tradition to ensue.
